Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Dealooza offers a 30 day guarantee for return requests dated up to 30 days after item received Dealooza will issue a postage paid return label.

You may return any new computer purchased from Dealooza that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Accessories 14 Days). Dealooza reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns, verify serial numbers and impose a customer fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price and return shipping label costs if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse (to include software/firmware issues), is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Dealooza will not accept returns of any computer more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.

NOTICE: These items are imported from China. US/English technical support is limited to non-existent. You will need to rely on your own skills and researching the internet to find solutions to common problems. DEALOOZA will support your questions as best we can but highly suggest you invest in a 3rd party tech support or warranty for this item which is available on this marketplace and/or at checkout.

 

SOFTWARE RELATED ISSUE RETURNS:

Software problems can be resolved by restoring the device back to the original factory image.

Software related issues can either be resolved with self-help via the manufacturers support site, the technical support of the software causing the problem and/or you can send Dealooza the item to restore the software back to factory settings for a fee.

If you choose to not use these options to resolve the problem and want to return the item for a refund, Understand that user software issues are not deemed a "Defective/Not as Described" item (If the item boots and operates correctly when first received and/or after factory image restore) Expect a 15% restocking fee plus return label to be deducted from your refund if you want to return the item. A higher restocking fee can occur if All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, accessories such as cords and remote controls, certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards, "Free gifts" or bonus items or all items included in a bundle.

Android/Windows devices are designed to function specifically with the current Android/Windows OS installed on them. Any alterations such as upgrades (includes involuntary Microsoft Updates/Upgrades),(security updates are okay) modding with custom ROM, rooting or flashing the device with other firmware can instantly cause the device to experience problems as well as void the device's warranty. Please think twice before operating all these actions. Usually the only solution to corrupted software is restoring the Chuwi factory image. Expect a 20% restocking fee plus return label to be deducted from your refund if you want to return the item.
